구글에서 검색해서 나오는 다운로드 페이지로 들어가면 아래와 같이 페이지가 표시되면서 다운로드를 할 수가 없습니다. 브라우저 호환성 탓인가 해서 IE 억지로 켜서 다시 해봐도 똑같이 표시되는데요 결론은 아래 주소로 들어가면 정상적으로 on/offline 런타임과 개발 팩 모두 다운로드가 가능합니다. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework Download .NET Framework | Free official downloads Downloads for building and running applications with .NET Framework.
