The reason I am asking I met a person who sent me this picture with his signature on it, he claims that he is the author of this drawing but I swear I have seen this cartoon many times before I met this person. I little reaserch on the net gave a lot of similar or even the same cartoon posted or referred to on many websites, but there is no sign of an author of the original. I will bring up my price to $20, if you can find out when was it first published, how long ago? Thanks, Achillea
